LANDART

I experienced landart first while browsing in the "2001"-bookstore in Frankfurt/Germany when I came upon a book by Andy Goldsworthy. I was immediately fascinated. Later on I discovered the works of Kari Joller and Nils Udo which I also like and appreciate.

I started my own projects only after getting into digital photography. My focus is on already existing structures in nature. I recur on what is already there and present it exclusively without changing the environment.

Thus I prefer to call these projects "Nature Art" since I'm not inventing/constructing the object itself.

However I use Photoshop on the images/photographs to enhance my own artistic view of the objects.
